The Last Lamborghini with V10
The Last Lamborghini with V10
This is the Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica, the last Lamborghini to be powered solely by a V10 engine.
Design/Exterior
In terms of the design, it's still clearly a Huracan, but there are a few changes to help you distinguish it compared to the standard Huracan Evo.
Upfront, there's a redesigned front bumper coupled with a carbon fibre bonnet. Along the sides, you'll find some unique alloy wheels. Around the back there's a fixed spoiler, a redesigned bumper and a pair of hexagonal tailpipes.
Talking about the engine, The Tecnica comes with a 5.2L naturally-aspirated V10 that can produce 640hp and 565Nm of torque. It has a 7 speed dual clutch automatic gearbox with launch control.
Interior
Here on the inside of the Tecnica, you'll probably be thinking that there would be changes over the normal Huracan Evo and the changes aren't so clear.
Huracan Tecnica has been fitted with a number of optional extras, such as the bucket seats, door inlays, air vents and Alcantara steering wheel. Sadly, none of these come as standard!
The only changes the Tecnica gets over the standard car are a revised digital dial display, a new infotainment system and changes to the seats. The Huracan Tecnica has a 100 L front boot.
Five Annoying Things
1. The quality of the reversing camera is so poor, it looks like they've used the camera unit from some old mobile phone from the mid noughties.
2. The redesign of the rear deck means you have a smaller back window than on the normal Huracan Evo, so it's harder to see out of and the larger wing also gets in the way of it.
3. Door to the volume when you're driving, you can't just use a button on the steering wheel like in most cars.
You have to first press the little speaker button on the infotainment screen and you increase or decrease the volume.
4. The sun visors are so small that they don't really block any sun
5. You know how pretty much all modern cars now come with smartphone integration as standard but you'll not find that in Tecnica.

If you want Apple Carplay or Android Auto you have to pay extra £2500.
Five Good Things
1. Tecnica has an upgraded and louder exhaust than Huracan Evo.
2. Tecnica's carbon fibre bonnet makes it 10 kg lighter than the normal Huracan Evo RWD. Tecnica weighs 1,379kg
3. Similar to Huracan STO, you can get special cameras which will record your driving when you're on track.
